SKINNY BIKINI SWIMWEAR EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL, we DO NOT issue refunds. You may exchange the size or style of the swimsuit within 15 days of your delivery date.  Exchanges are accepted on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with ALL tags attached  and must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.

In order to process an exchange you must first email us at orders@skinnybikiniswimwear.com, please put EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE in the subject line. We will respond by issuing you a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. You must clearly write the EMA number on the Exchange Form as well as the package you return to us. Please fill out the form in its entirety and indicate which items you are returning and which items you would like in exchange. Download exchange form here.

Allow 5-10 business days for processing. Please include a pre-paid, insured, self-addressed packaging with a tracking number in order to ensure a safe and confirmed delivery. Send exchanges to:

SHIIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST pm on Friday will NOT be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed during holidays and weekends will be processed the NEXT business day. 

Express and Overnight Delivery:

  • Available for in-stock items only.
  • Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
  • All orders are subject to verification.

Standard Overnight - Next business day delivery for orders placed by 2 P.M. EST Monday-Friday.

Express 2 Business Days - Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 2 P.M. EST Monday-Friday.

Ground Shipping (4-6 Business Days) -  Most orders arrive within 4-6 business days for in-stock items.


Skinny Bikini Swimwear runs small. Our tops fit true to size. Bottoms are all scrunch bottom, “Brazilian” style, cut narrow and low in front/back. All of our suits hardware and accessories are recommended to be removed before entering water (if detachable). 


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SKINNY BIKINI

Skinny Bikini Swimwear, LLC guarantees it’s clothing to be damage free when it arrives to you. Due to the delicacy and intricate detail of Skinny Bikini Swimwear they experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. 

Skinny Bikini suits are made of the finest imported fabrics and very delicate trims. We suggest that you remove trims before wash (if they are detachable). Although our trims are made of safe metal and are lead free, please be aware that they may heat up during long exposure to the sun. Please wear our suits carefully and at your own risk.

Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. ALL Skinny Bikini suits may be worn in the pool or ocean water. Skinny Bikini suits are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in chlorinated water.

Skinny Bikini Swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. Lie flat or hang to dry.
